(\u30d9\u30fc\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u306f\u3001\u98e2\u3048\u305f\u4eba\u3005\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306e\u79d1\u5b66\u3067\u3042\u308b)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topatoco.com\/graphics\/00000001\/qc-baking-black.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"418\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need (\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3068\u3055\u308c\u308b)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Rice Cooker (mine is a Toshiba RC-10NMF), preferably with a Bake Mode \/ Setting, though the original cake \/ pudding was made just by reusing cook and quick cook repeatedly. Having found an English manual for my model was a great help, although Bake Mode was not clearly documented. If you do not have a rice cooker you could probably use an oven and could possibly even use a microwave oven, though I do not know the settings for microwave cooking) . (1\u00a0\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u00a0)<\/li>\n<li>Pancake or Hot Cake Mix , you can get this at any grocery store. Japanese Pancake Mix requires Milk and an egg, so it is like White Wings packet pancake mix in that way, and unlike Shake and Bake Pancake Mix (Greens, White Wings Bottle, etc) which are just add water. You normally get 4\u00a0sachets of 150g or 3 sachets of 200g. \u00a0Further experimentation identifies you can exclude the milk and use water and still make pancakes. (\u30db\u30c3\u30c8\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30b9)<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs (preferably chicken) (\u53752\u500b\u00a0)<\/li>\n<li>300 to 320ml of Milk (preferably cow) \u00a0(300-320ml \u725b\u4e73)<\/li>\n<li>Arbitrary\u00a0amount of Blueberry Jam (200g works alright, just use your common sense here, or in the case of the people that lack common sense and \u00a0realise that with too little Blueberry Jam, your cake is just a dry sponge cake and with too much Blueberry Jam your rice cooker will beep uncontrollably before the pressure opens the lid and an eruption of sticky blueberry goo \/ cake mix covers the surrounding area) (\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u306e\u30d6\u30eb\u30fc\u30d9\u30ea\u30fc\u30b8\u30e3\u30e0)<\/li>\n<li>You could also use fresh blueberries and replace the jam component with maple syrup or honey, though I have not located a source for fresh blueberries yet. My previous source of Organic Frozen blueberries at less than $20 a kg is now no longer an option.<\/li>\n<li>A mixing bowl of some sort (I used an empty 2 litre ice cream container) (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb)<\/li>\n<li>A mixing device of some sort (I used a normal \u00a0(non\u00a0Australian) tablespoon, which looker like a dessert spoon to me, as apparently Australia uses a tablespoon that is 4 teaspoons instead of 3, and I have only used one real 20ml tablespoon before(yay for childhood memories), the rest of the spoons I have used appear to be 15ml tablespoons, that will always be dessert spoons to me, because they are what I eat cake and icecream with, where as tablespoons are what I mix cakes with and measure ingredients with, unless I have a measuring cup or jug and a wooden spoon or a whisk. For further etymology on the spoon distinction see <a title=\"Tablespoon 20ml StackExchange Question\" href=\"http:\/\/cooking.stackexchange.com\/questions\/15002\/why-is-a-tablespoon-defined-as-20ml-in-australia\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. (\u6df7\u5408\u30b9\u30d7\u30fc\u30f3)<\/li>\n<li>A towel or oven mitts for dealing with a hot bowl component of the rice cooker. Yes I used a beach towel, I am yet to acquire oven mitts and paper towels are insufficient in terms of heat mitigation for your hands. (\u30bf\u30aa\u30eb \u304b\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082 \u30aa\u30fc\u30d6\u30f3\u30df\u30c8\u30f3)<\/li>\n<li>A plate or dish or cooling rack to place your cake on. (\u76bf \u304b\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082\u51b7\u5374\u30e9\u30c3\u30af)<\/li>\n<li>1 pair of scissors to open plastic, Yes I know people can just tear it or use their teeth, but scissors lead to more mix in the bowl and less on the floor. (\u30d7\u30e9\u30b9\u30c1\u30c3\u30af\u3092\u958b\u304f\u305f\u3081\u306e\u306f\u3055\u307f)<\/li>\n<li>1 bin for putting rubbish (at the very minimum broken egg shells in) (\u3054\u307f\u7bb1)<\/li>\n<li>1 refrigeration device (just in case you are unable to devour the entire cake in one sitting) (\u51b7\u8535\u5eab)<\/li>\n<li>1 fork or skewer for testing cake\u00a0readiness. (\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30af \u304b\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082 \u4e32)<\/li>\n<li>1 kitchen sink with running water for washing stuff up. (\u53f0\u6240\u306e\u6d41\u3057)<\/li>\n<li>Electricity (the rice cooker needs power to work) (\u96fb\u6c17)<\/li>\n<li>1-2 hours of patience, INSTANT CAKES ARE LIES. \u00a0(\u5fcd\u8010)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions \u00a0(\u8aac\u660e\u66f8)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Acquire all the things in the what you need section, please attempt to do so legally and without inconveniencing anyone, I know cake is delicious but jail time for cake just isn&#8217;t worth it. (\u5fc5\u8981\u3082\u306e\u3092\u3059\u3079\u3066\u624b\u306b\u5165\u308c\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Open the pancake mix sachets with scissors cutting off a triangular corner of the plastic. (\u30db\u30c3\u30c8\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u3092\u958b\u304f\u305f\u3081\u306b\u30cf\u30b5\u30df\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3066)<\/li>\n<li>Pour the pancake mix into the mixing bowl. (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u4e2d\u3078\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u6ce8\u3050)<\/li>\n<li>Gently shake the sachets , oscillating in order to wiggle any of the remaining mix into the bowl. (\u30db\u30c3\u30c8\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u304c \u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u4e2d\u3078\u512a\u3057\u304f\u632f\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Gently shake the bowl, till the mix is somewhat level, e.g. looks like a car park rather than the moon. (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u304c \u512a\u3057\u304f\u632f\u308b \u6df7\u5408\u7269\u304c\u5e73 \u00a0\u307e\u3067\u00a0)<\/li>\n<li>Add your jam or jam replacement now. Do so either just with gravity using pouring or recruit your spoon for support in this\u00a0endeavor. Yes I know this goes against the vast majority of cake recipes in existence, which always say to put the egg and milk in first. (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u306b\u30b8\u30e3\u30e0\u3092\u7f6e\u304f)<\/li>\n<li>Now crack open your eggs, and pour the contents of the egg (without any shell) into the mixing bowl. Do not lump the eggs together. (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u306b\u5375\u3092\u5272\u308a\u5165\u308c\u308b\u3002\u5404\u5375\u304c\u5225\u3005\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u78ba\u8a8d\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002)<\/li>\n<li>Slowly pour in the Milk to the mixing bowl, ideally it areas where the jam or eggs are not, you want as much direct contact between the milk and mix as possible. (\u30df\u30ad\u30b7\u30f3\u30b0\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u306b\u30db\u30c3\u30c8\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u4e2d\u3078\u30df\u30eb\u30af\u3086\u3063\u304f\u308a\u6ce8\u3050)<\/li>\n<li>If I was a recipe book writer, then next step would be Combine well, which is meaningful until you realise that you do not know what well means.\n<ul>\n<li>First slowly stir the mixture combining the flour and the jam, for about 45 seconds. (\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u304c\uff14\uff15\u79d2\u307e\u3067 \u4f4e\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093\u3059\u308b\u304c\u7a7a\u6c17\u304c\u5165\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u308b\u3002\u5c0f\u9ea6\u7c89\u3001\u30b8\u30e3\u30e0\u3092\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Then stab the egg yolks and slowly stir into the mixture for about 45 seconds. (\u6b21\u306b\u5375\u9ec4\u3092\u523a\u3059\u3002\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u304c\uff14\uff15\u79d2\u307e\u3067 \u4f4e\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093\u3059\u308b\u304c\u7a7a\u6c17\u304c\u5165\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Then slowly stir the remaining milky parts of the mixture for another 45 seconds. (\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u306e\u4e73\u767d\u8272\u306e\u90e8\u5206\u304c\uff14\uff15\u79d2\u307e\u3067 \u4f4e\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093\u3059\u308b\u304c\u7a7a\u6c17\u304c\u5165\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Then quickly stir the mixture as it is for about 2 minutes, first clockwise, then anticlockwise, alternating every 15 seconds or so. (\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u304c\uff12\u5206\u307e\u3067 \u9ad8\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093\u3059\u308b\u304c\u7a7a\u6c17\u304c\u5165\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u308b\u3002\u6642\u8a08\u56de\u308a\u306b\u304b\u304d\u6df7\u305c\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8c \u53cd\u6642\u8a08\u56de\u308a\u300215\u79d2\u3054\u3068\u306b\u4ea4\u4e92\u306b)<\/li>\n<li>Now eliminate as many pockets of dry mix or lumps of blueberry jam as you can by mashing them against the side or bottom of the mixing bowl. (\u584a\u304c\u306a\u304f\u306a\u308b\u307e\u3067\u6df7\u5408\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u306a\u3044\u6210\u5206\u3092\u3064\u3076\u3059)<\/li>\n<li>Then spend another minute quickly stirring (clockwise, anticlockwise) the mixture.\u00a0. (\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u304c1 \u5206\u307e\u3067 \u9ad8\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093\u3059\u308b\u304c\u7a7a\u6c17\u304c\u5165\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u308b\u3002\u6642\u8a08\u56de\u308a\u306b\u304b\u304d\u6df7\u305c\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8c \u53cd\u6642\u8a08\u56de\u308a\u300215\u79d2\u3054\u3068\u306b\u4ea4\u4e92\u306b)<\/li>\n<li>Now spend 1 minute attempting to fold air into the mixture, you want as many bubbles as you can get, you do this by rowing the spoon through the mixing bowling quite rapidly. (\u3088\u304f\u6df7\u3056\u308a\uff11\u5206\u307e\u3067\u9ad8\u901f\u3067\u304b\u304f\u306f\u3093 \u3002\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u306b\u7a7a\u6c17\u3092\u6298\u308a\u7573\u3080)<\/li>\n<li>Now spend 30 seconds stirring figure 8s or Z for Zorros or whatever other shape moniker takes your fancy in the mixing bowl. (30\u79d2\u307e\u3067\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u306b\u56f3\u5f62\u3092\u63cf\u753b\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u30b9\u30d7\u30fc\u30f3\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3002)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Now take your rice cooker bowl component out of the rice cooker, and pour the mixture from the mixing bowl into the\u00a0rice cooker bowl.(\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u304b\u3089\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u51fa\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u3092\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u3078\u79fb\u884c\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Replace the rice cooker bowl now complete with mixture into the rice cooker, and ensure it is seated correctly. (\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u3067\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u3092\u4ea4\u63db)<\/li>\n<li>Close the lid of the rice cooker.(\u00a0\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u306e\u84cb\u3092\u9589\u3081\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Enable Bake \/ Baking Mode ( For my rice cooker it was Pressing the Menu (\u30e1\u30cb\u30e5\u30fc) Button twice.) (\u30d9\u30fc\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u30e2\u30fc\u30c9\u306b\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Now set the time for 60 minutes using the Minute (\u5206) Button to increase the time. (\u30bf\u30a4\u30de\u30fc\u3092\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8\u3057\u3066\u306d60\u5206\u9593)<\/li>\n<li>Finally press the Cook Button (one on the right with red circle, with\u00a0\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c8 in small letters) (\u3064\u3044\u306b\u30af\u30c3\u30af\u30dc\u30bf\u30f3\u3092\u62bc\u3057\u3066)<\/li>\n<li>Wait 60 minutes, preferably doing something else like watching TV, browsing the Internet or reading (60\u5206\u5f85\u3063\u3066)<\/li>\n<li>Open rice cooker lid, test how done the cake is with either fork or skewer. If wet mixture on the fork, then repeat steps 12 -16, with cooking time set to 30 minutes, otherwise proceed to step 18. (\u706b\u304c\u901a\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u304b\u30c1\u30a7\u30c3\u30af\u3059\u308b\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30af\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3002\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30af\u304c\u6fe1\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7 12 \u304b\u3089 \u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d7 16\u307e\u3067 \u3092\u9806\u3092\u8ffd\u3063\u3066\u7e70\u308a\u8fd4\u3059\u3002\u3057\u304b\u3057\u300130\u5206\u306e\u8abf\u7406\u6642\u9593\u306e\u307f\u4f7f\u7528\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Your cake is cooked. Prepare plate or cooling rack for cake to sit on. Then use oven mitts or towel to remove hot rice cooker bowl from rice cooker and place upside down on plate (the opening on the bowl should be facing the surface of the plate). Using towel gently lift the bowl and watch as cake is now on the plate by the magic of gravity. (\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u306f\u8abf\u7406\u3055\u308c\u3002\u708a\u98ef\u5668\u30dc\u30a6\u30eb\u306e\u4e2d\u8eab\u3092\u5e73\u76bf\u3078\u79fb\u884c\u3059\u308b)<\/li>\n<li>Cleanup everything you used, by washing it up in sink or placing it in bin. Do not place the cake in bin, if you want to place the cake somewhere either place it on bench top or in refrigeration unit. (\u5f8c\u7247\u4ed8\u3051\u305c\u3093\u3076\u3002\u30b1\u30fc\u30ad\u3092\u7834\u68c4\u3057\u306a\u3044\u3067\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044)<\/li>\n<li>Cake is ready to eat. Enjoy.
